If you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen me talking about Miss Representation, a documentary film and a revolution to change views of women and girls in the media. As a mother of a young girl, and being a woman in an industry dominated by men, I stand behind it.

Tomorrow, the Bay Area Girls Rock Camp is hosting a screening of Miss Representation, and I’ll be a panelist, along with some other awesome ladies, Jill Culton, Anita Sarkeesian, and others. I’m looking forward to being a part of this group of incredible women, and to support Miss Representation.
